Please tick this box □ if you require linen to be provided at an additional cost of £6.50 per person. Linen hire includes sheets, pillowcases, duvet covers and hand towels. Bath towels are NOT supplied. We only use quality linen and the beds will be made up for your arrival.

We expect our guests to leave the cottage clean and tidy as you find it. If you wish to complete your holiday by leaving the cottage without cleaning, we can provide a cleaning service for £35. Please tick this box □ if you would like to book this service.

I enclose a deposit of £50.00 per week booked, balance to be paid six weeks before holiday start date. My final payment will include the appropriate standard charge for electricity (£20 per week October to March and £10 per week April to September) and, if I am bringing a dog, a £50 excess. This will be returned to me within 2 weeks of booking end, providing no damage has been caused. I agree to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and to pay for any damages. I understand that Bryn Heulwen is strictly non-smoking.

I understand that if I need to cancel this booking I will be liable to pay all costs. However, if the cottage can be re-let, I will only lose my deposit.
