We are able to provide you with a cleaning service. At present we expect our guests to leave the cottage clean and tidy as you would like to find it.  If you wish to complete your holiday by leaving the cottage without cleaning, we can provide a cleaning service for £35.  Please tick this box □ if you are interested.

I enclose a deposit of £50.00 per week booked, balance to be paid six weeks before holiday start date. My final payment will include a £50 excess if I am bringing a dog. This will be returned to me within 2 weeks of booking end, providing no damage has been caused. Please make cheques payable to Sandra Harrod and post to "Dolwar", Llanrwst Road, Glan Conwy, LL28 5SS.

I agree to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and to pay for any damages.  I understand that Bryn Heulwen is strictly non-smoking.

I understand that if I need to cancel this booking I will be liable to pay all costs. However, if the cottage can be re-let, I will only lose my deposit.
