How to Book

First, check with us that your required dates are available and then we can reserve them to avoid disappointment later. You will then need to complete a booking form and post it back to us with your £50 deposit.  We are also happy to accept payments via Paypal; please email with your requirement and we will send you an invoice

All bookings, except short breaks, are from Saturday to Saturday.  We can however be flexible, so please email if you have specific requirements.

Short Breaks
Short breaks are available all year round, subject to availability. Please email your requirements.

Deposit
A deposit of £50 secures your booking once availability has been confirmed.

Balance & Excess
Balance of payment due six weeks before holiday start date. If you are bringing a dog, this should include an excess of £50 which will be returned within 2 weeks of booking end so long as no damage has been caused.

Electricity Charge
This is included in the price of the cottage.

Linen Hire
Bed linen and hands towels can be hired at a cost of £6.50 per person. Please note that all our linen is quality items.  

Cleaning Service
At present we expect our guests to clean the cottage so that it is left as they would like to find it. If you feel that you would like to complete your holiday by just locking the door and leaving, we will provide a full cleaning service for a charge of £35.

Dogs
One well-behaved dog is allowed at a charge of £20, but please ensure that they are not left alone in the property.

Any damage must be paid for in full.

Bryn Heulwen is strictly non-smoking. Please respect this.
