	I enclose a deposit of £50.00 per week booked, balance to be paid six weeks before holiday start date. My final payment will include the appropriate standard charge for electricity (£20 per week October to March and £10 per week April to September) and, if I am bringing a dog, a £50 excess. This will be returned to me within 2 weeks of booking end, providing no damage has been caused. Please make cheques payable to Debbie Brewer and post to "Beth-Gor", 23 Melrose Gardens, Wellington, Telford, Shropshire, TF1 2BH. I agree to leave the cottage in a clean and tidy condition and to pay for any damages. I understand that Bryn Heulwen is strictly non-smoking. I understand that if I need to cancel this booking I will be liable to pay all costs. However, if the cottage can be re-let, I will only lose my deposit.
